About Us

The Absolute Development and Exchange Foundation (ADAEF) is a non-profit program dedicated to supporting and promoting USA’s role in Olympic fencing through with a comprehensive commitment to providing resources and programs for schools and universities, key groups and individuals, and sports organizations.

ADAEF helps improve American coaching, teamwork, individual competitors, and refereeing on the international competitive circuit, broadly benefiting U.S. fencing in the international Olympic movement. We also work cooperatively with a variety of organizations to create, stage, and produce training events and competitions in the U.S. and abroad.

In the last decade, USA Fencing has achieved more success internationally than ever in history. ADAEF’s commitment to fencing helps ensure athletes and others can pursue their dreams and aspirations in fencing.
